Why a Proposal?

This Proposal aims to assist both you, the client, and me, the designer to develop an initial focus and define some important aspects of your project. Providing as much information as possible will greatly assist the process of developing an understanding of what you are looking for and what stage of the design process you are starting from. Please note that all potential clients must fill out this form, if you are unsure of an answer just leave blank and we will cover all of the additional questions during our Design Consultation and furthermore through our strategy and discovery process.

What happens once you return your questionnaire?

Once you return your questionnaire, I'll discuss a few more aspects with you either on the phone or at our first design meeting before drawing up a scope of work proposal & quotation tailored specially to your design needs. Together with terms & conditions which clarify all aspects of the design process, the proposal & quotation will form an essential part of a Client Services Agreement which I will offer to you.  This agreement will need to be signed before work commences on your project.

It’s a straightforward process that facilitates clean communication so we can focus on quality graphic design, strategy and discovery. Please take your time and answer as many questions.  We will contact you once we review your information.
